It has central heating, 1 garage plus ample parking directly in front of the house. It is a sealed road to the house just 2 mins off the main Silvretta Strasse. There are great Views to Kappl ski Area. Both Kappl and See ski areas are less than 10 mins away and around 15 mins to Ischgl where the lifts are connected with Samnaun in Switzerland. Of course you may like to try a day trip further away as the Ski area of St Anton or Serfaus/ Fiss/ Ladis are only 40 mins away. Innsbruck is only 1 hour by car.
