Built in 2022 with elegant contemporary design, this villa offers 800 m2 of luxurious living space on a total land area of 1000 m2. The villa can accommodate up to 16 people in comfortable 8 bedrooms with 8 double beds (180x200), providing complete comfort. All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom with shower, while an additional guest toilet is also available. The large covered balconies of each room measuring 25 m2 provide the perfect place to relax and enjoy romantic moments. The bathrooms are fully equipped, and guests have access to a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious and bright living room with access to a beautiful terrace with a pool, providing an ideal place for relaxation and socializing. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, and high chairs and cribs for children are also available. The outdoor terraces impress with overflow pools of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.45 meters, surrounded by sun loungers with 8 loungers for maximum enjoyment under the warm sun. The terrace also features an outdoor electric grill and a summer kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals outdoors, while the outdoor dining table is perfect for enjoying meals alfresco. The courtyard of the villa provides 4 private parking spaces, and by prior arrangement, a boat mooring can also be organized to ensure convenience and security during your stay.
