Our cottage lies on a quiet residential street in district Rettenbach and is 3 km from the centre and the ski school away. Approx. 2 minutes from the house is the ski bus stop. Directly behind the house passes a cross-country slope. Enjoy the panorama view at the Kitzbüheler Horn. The cottage has 4 double rooms, 1 triple room, 1 single room, 1 bathroom with bath tube and shower, 1 shower bath with toilet and 2 separate toilets. The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, pots, glases, cutlery, a cozy seating corner and much more. The rustic-style living room is furnished with satellite TV and an radio. Bedlinen and towels are provided. The final cleaning is included in the price. Not included is the local tax € 2,20 per person per night.

A deposit of € 350,00 is payable 12 days bevore arriving the keyholder. (Will be refunded upon proper return of the leased property.)
