Our house is located in a quiet side street near the village center. Ski bus stop to the Schlick 2000 only about 50 m from the house, bus stop direction Stubaier Gletscher or to Innsbruck about 300 m away. Restaurants and shopping possibilities within a few walking minutes.

Cozy 70 m² apartment in the attic for 1-5 persons (sloping in the kitchen and bathroom, entrance and door height 1.85 m, normal room height 2.30 m). Please send us your inquiries with Email, if possible. Thank you! The price is exclusive residence tax of € 2,80 per person / per night.
The residence tax will be charged to guests who are 16 years of age in the calendar year, younger children are tax-free (Passport).

The final cleaning is currently € 60, -. When making a reservation, we ask you for a deposit of EUR 150,--. The deposit will of course be deducted from the final invoice. We ask you to pay the remaining amount in cash during your stay in our house (no payment with credit- or debitcards possible!) Cancellation conditions:     
Up to 90 days before arrival free of charge
Up to 30 days before arrival 40 % of the tour price
Up to 7 days before arrival 70 % of the tour price
