On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, as well as an air-conditioned wine cellar. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a study room are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a room for fun and games - TV room, where there is one extra bed. Each room is equipped with double bed and en suite bathroom with a shower and bath and dressing room. Each room has access to a terrace. The terraces are facing south overlooking the sea. Also here is another bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms.
