Inside the villa, the ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, while the first floor houses 4 elegant bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom with a shower. The lower ground floor offers additional entertainment with a gym, sauna, wine cellar, and a game room equipped with a PlayStation 5 console, dartboard, and billiards. Guests can use an additional bathroom with a shower. The basement also includes a garage. Each room in this newly built, energy-efficient passive holiday home is air-conditioned and has underfloor heating.
