Set on a spacious estate of 928 m2, this charming villa spans two floors, with a total of 348 m2 of living space, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. In the elegantly decorated living room, guests will enjoy an artistic ambiance with works by renowned painters and a crystal chandelier, while comfortable blue sofas and an LCD TV create a true oasis of peace. The spacious kitchen and dining area are merged into a unique whole, enriched with gray and brown tones, creating a glamorous environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen island and all necessary appliances, while the dining table for 8 people fits perfectly alongside. On the ground floor, there are also two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds measuring 180x200 cm, each offering privacy and direct access to the garden with a view of the pool through white French doors. Each of these rooms has its own private bathroom with a spacious glass shower. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms with king-size beds measuring 180x2100 cm offer private balconies with comfortable seating and beautiful panoramic views of the ancient olive groves of Vabriga. Both rooms have exclusive bathrooms with plenty of natural light, one with a shower cabin and the other with a shower cabin and bathtub. The garden of the Luxury Villa Luna is designed for complete enjoyment and privacy. The covered area with an outdoor dining table and barbecue provides the ideal setting for enjoying morning coffee or preparing Istrian specialties.
