Located 15 km from the nearest sea, the beach in the charming town of Poreč is easily accessible. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower/curtain. There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom offers a king size bed 180x200 cm and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, while the second room contains a king size bed 180x200 cm that can be converted into two single beds measuring 90x200 cm and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The fourth bedroom, located right at the entrance, offers a double bed measuring 180x200 cm and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The beautifully adorned living room invites relaxation with two sofas, a coffee table, a chair, and a romantic fireplace. Entertainment awaits with a table football setup for your enjoyment. Adjacent to the living room, the dining room hosts a table for 8, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delectable meals. Step onto the outdoor terrace to be greeted by a 32 m2 swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 m. Eight deckchairs on the sun deck provide an ideal setting for relaxation and sun-soaked enjoyment.
