Accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests, Villa Clematis has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is one spacious bedroom with a king size bed 180x200 cm. The bathroom with shower/curtain is next to the room. There are 3 spacious bedrooms on the first floor. Two bedrooms have a king size bed 180x200 cm, while the third bedroom has a king size bed 180x200, which can be separated into 2 single beds 90x200 cm if necessary. All rooms on the first floor have their own bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor, the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals, and the living room offers a space to relax and socialize on two sofas, accompanied by 2 armchairs, 2 tables, a TV, and a fireplace. Engage in some friendly competition with a game of table football in the living room, or step outside onto the terrace. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a table for 8. Escape the summer heat with a refreshing dip in the 32 m2 swimming pool, with a comfortable depth of 1.5 meters. The poolside sunbathing area, equipped with 8 deckchairs, beckons for relaxation under the warm Istrian sun. An outdoor charcoal or wood grill on the terrace awaits your culinary creations, to be enjoyed at the covered dining table.
