The house can welcome 2 adult + 2 children (80m2). On the ground floor there's a comfortable Living/dining room with sleep sofa, Kitchen and and there's a Bedroom with double bed, Bathroom with shower and toilet. There's exceptionally wonderful view of the islands Hvar and Brac, and mountain Biokovo. In front of the house there's parking space, garden with Pool, Terrace with dining table, sunbeds, and Grill. Note: pool is heated and in the period of 01.09 - 15.10. there is an extra fee in the amount of 15 € per day for the heating. The whole area offers relaxing hours in the evenings. The house is placed in a very quiet area away from the hustle of the touristic center like Makarska. The distance to the town center is 3 km, same distance is to the beach. Nearest shop are 1 km away and restaurants are 2 km away.
