On the first floor of the villa there are two spacious bedrooms. Both rooms are air-conditioned, have a double bed and a TV, and each has access to a terrace where you can relax with a good book. There is also one bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor of the villa there is a spacious master bedroom with private bathroom, double bed and TV. The room also has its own terrace with a wonderful view of the surroundings. The room also has a sofa that can accommodate 2 more people if needed. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a living room with TV and fireplace that is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped spacious kitchen. The whole area is air-conditioned. From the living room you can go to the garden, where you will find a swimming pool and sun loungers, where you can relax and enjoy the warm sun with a refreshing drink. Next to the house there is a terrace with a dining table, where you can enjoy with family and friends the dishes prepared on the grill, which is also at your disposal. Crikvenica, just a few kilometers from the villa, was declared a climatic health resort more than 100 years ago due to its mild climate and pine forest. If you want to experience the hustle and bustle of the city, Rijeka, the largest city in the Kvarner region, is only 30 km away from the villa. There you can visit many cultural and historical monuments and get acquainted with the interesting local history, culture and tradition. For a day trip we recommend the island of Krk, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge and hides many cultural and historical sights and beautiful beaches.
