Next to the living room, there is a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare the favourite dishes for the whole family, and a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. On the outdoor terrace, you can comfortably refresh yourself on the covered terrace and cool off during the long hot summer days in the 40 m2, 1.5 meter deep swimming pool, next to which there are 8 sun loungers. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen with a grill, a toilet and a closed shower room. The villa is fully air-conditioned. An indoor sauna is also available to guests in the winter period from September to May. The villa is fenced and offers enough available parking spaces. There is a top winemaker nearby where you can taste Istrian Teran or Malvasia, while the Istralandija Aquapark is only a 5-minute drive away. The town of Brtonigla with all the necessary facilities is located only 1 km from the villa, while the nearest beach Dajla is 8 km away.
