Villa Franka is a newly renovated, charming, romantic and fully air-conditioned villa on the beautiful east side of the Istrian peninsula. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and 2 balconies. Every room is air-conditioned, which means 8 air-conditioning units are in the house. Each living room and bedroom has SAT TV and the whole house is covered with Wi-Fi signal. Summer kitchen also has fully equipped kitchen. Outside, of course, the large swimming pool of the property invites you to jump into the cool water. Garden and barbecue facilities as well as parking on the property are also available. Spend the most beautiful days of the year in this newly built holiday home in the idyllic little town of Vinez. This villa is not a party house and youth groups (younger than 25 years) are not allowed!
