Villa Marritta is a holiday home with a swimming pool located in the area of ??Medulin that offers privacy, relaxation and peace. Marritta is spread over 3 floors with a total area of 115 m2, and consists of 5 bedrooms (4 double and 1 single), 3 living rooms, 2 richly equipped kitchens, 3 bathrooms with showers and 2 spacious, covered terraces. Can you imagine the following scene: while your children or friends are relaxing in the pool or preparing a barbecue, meat or local fish for dinner with seasonal vegetables, you are watching them relaxed, out of the corner of your eye, from the terrace, relaxed in the garden swing. In one hand you have a book, in the other hand a glass of fine rose wine that we chilled before your arrival, a small token of attention and gratitude from the owner of the house. From the terrace of the first floor there are stairs, if you see yourself in a bathing suit and a steamer going down to the area where there is a swimming pool with a garden shower, deckchairs and a barbecue. Spend time in the pool or sunbathing on the deckchairs. Next to the pool, under the shady pergola, we have placed a dining table with chairs, so that you spend the day outdoors, have breakfast there while Medulin wakes up, have lunch and dinner with the sound of tireless crickets in the distance, and the smells of food intertwine with the smell of the sea and the Mediterranean herbs planted in to a large garden with carefully selected plants of the local climate. The house has its own parking for 4 cars. There is also an electric charging station for cars. When you want to swim in the sea, you can go to the nearest beach, which is 1200 m away. The nearest shop is 500m away. Nearby there is a bar, restaurant, pharmacy, pizzeria.
