Villa Poropati is located on a spacious plot of 10 000m2 in a small and quiet hamlet called Poropati, only 5 km from Grožnjan, a famous medieval town in Istria. The whole property consists of three buildings with a large garden enclosed by a stone wall, which offer complete privacy and a break from the daily hustle and stress. Two buildings are rented as a whole and the third is not rented. The first building consists of 5 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room, a living room, and 3 additional toilets. The second building consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and one bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned and have central heating. In the private garden there is a swimming pool (11x6m) and a children's pool (3x2.70m). Guests have at their disposal wifi, barbecue, playroom with various games, a collection of books to read, 2 digital hotel safes. Weddings, yoga, team building and other events can be organized in Villa Poropati. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed with an additional charge of €25 per day per pet.
