A spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. From here you have access to the terrace and the pool. This holiday house has four double-bed bedrooms and four bathrooms (6 m2 each) on the first floor. The holiday house is air conditioned. This modernly equipped villa has natural and peaceful surroundings. Guests can use the large courtyard of about 500 m2, garage and storage room, and outdoor shower. The house is suitable for charging electric cars. In the basement you can use the laundry and bathroom (4 m2, shower). There is a nice pool on the terrace with a spectacular view on Makarska city, the sea and several Dalmatian islands.
